-
Reduced anxiety: EAL can help reduce anxiety and improve relaxation.
-
Improved focus: EAL can help improve focus and mindfulness.
-
Better social skills: EAL can help people develop social skills and friendships.
-
Better motor skills: EAL can help improve fine and gross motor skills.
-
Better life skills: EAL can help people learn critical life skills such as trust, respect, honesty, and communication.
-
Better behavioral patterns: EAL can help people change established behavior patterns.
